They feature a flexible Kevlar® design, are multi - shot rated on selected threats, and have a polyurea - coated 1000 Denier CORDURA® fabric finish. Made in the U.S.A. These plates are expertly engineered to be worn alongside HESCO torso plates, protecting vulnerable areas under the arms during weapon use. They offer cost - effective protection without compromise, using advanced composite materials. With a single curve trauma and side design, they are highly durable, waterproof, and have a polyurethane - coated Cordura® nylon wrap. Precision quality control ensures top - notch standards. The thickness is 0.27 in (7 mm). There are two sizes available: P110 - SP - SC - L (6.0 x 8.0 in or 152 x 203 mm, 0.4 lb or 0.2 kg) and P110 - SP - SC - S (6.0 x 6.0 in or 152 x 152 mm, 0.3 lb or 0.1 kg). Manufacturing tolerances: Thickness is ± 1/8 in (± 3 mm), width and length are +0.00 to - 0.25 in (+0.00 to - 6 mm), and all weights are ± 5%. Hesco has a high - standard testing protocol.
